In winter, the villa is located directly on the ski slopes with the SELLARONDA: direct ski connection to the entire Val Gardena and several other beautiful areas of the Dolomiti Superski; departure and arrival at the house with skis on; ski field for families and children in front of the house.
The close proximity to the Puez/Odle Nature Park - a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site - and the Dantercepies cable car make the location an IDEAL STARTING POINT for many beautiful hikes, walks, MTB tours and outdoor activities.
The center is easily reachable via a comfortable walk and the local bus stop is 50 m away = for holidays without a car.
The house offers a little ski-room; the possibility to wash and dry the cloths (extra charge)
